Thriving at the intersection of complex teams, partnerships, and client relations, Chris is a Strategic Change Management Leader with demonstrated success in directing new software and hardware implementations. By establishing and accelerating Six Sigma continuous process improvement standards, they ensure that Davidson Global STE delivers exceptional engagement focused on time, quality, communication, and cost. This commitment to operational excellence ensures that our infrastructure remains scalable, repeatable, and sustainable.

Backed by more than six years of management experience and four years dedicated specifically to facility operations, she has built a proven track record of optimizing complex operational processes, elevating customer satisfaction, and driving customer relationship management (CRM) excellence.
Jessie is a certified ISO Lead Auditor, bringing a rigorous foundation in quality assurance, procedural alignment, and operational excellence to both her corporate leadership and board governance responsibilities. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on aligning high-performance operational standards with end-user and community needs.
